We are Suzanne and Jackson Williams, a mother-son team!

I, Suzanne, have been in medical aesthetics since 2008. Working as a Botox cosmetic representative, cool sculpting representative, skin care representative, as well as opening my own Med Spa from scratch! Believe me when I say I understand owning a business and the importance of marketing, social media and especially video content.

When meeting with many of my accounts, I hear the same thing over and over, “social media is a struggle, especially video content”. People don’t have the time and occasionally the know how to do professional video content. It is very time-consuming and a lot of people don’t know how to make or have the time to edit videos. I realized this was a huge problem, but also an opportunity!

My son Jackson had been doing video edits for several years, and remembering his talent with video production and editing, I then thought that combining his creative strength with my expertise in client success, we could create something that would be beneficial to large and small business owners alike. Focusing not just in medical aesthetics, but any business that needs social media attention with an emphasis on great video production! So we started Jump Media so businesses could tell their story and connect with patients or customers in a meaningful and personal way.
